Orders must be placed by 8pm Sunday for DELIVERY THURSDAY.

On the day of delivery, expect a text message containing your estimated delivery time. Please indicate with (Y) or (N) if you will be home to ensure proper packaging of your order.  Once your order arrives, promptly store it in the freezer.

returns & exchanges

We aim to do our best to satisfy our customers! In saying that, human error can occur and we want to make it right. If you’re not satisfied or there is a problem with your order please contact us straight away.

Refunds will be issued case by case.

No returns will be accepted as products are perishable and sold frozen.
