Refunds & Returns

We aim to do our best to satisfy our customers! In saying that human error can occur and we want to make it right. If you’re not satisfied or there is a problem with your order please contact us straight away.

Refunds will be issued case by case.

No returns will be accepted as products are perishable and sold frozen.

Pickup

Tee Tee’s Tucker is available for pick up from Duncraig (WA).

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with pick up times/days as well as the address for collection. We recommend you bring your own insulated cool bag to take your goodies home.

If you’re running late to collect your order or miss the pick up window, send us a message via our website’s live chat and TeeTee’s Tucker will be there to help you.

Orders must be placed by 8pm Sunday for DELIVERY THURSDAY.

On the day of delivery, expect a text message containing your estimated delivery time. Please indicate with (Y) or (N) if you will be home to ensure proper packaging of your order.  Once your order arrives, promptly store it in the freezer.

Delivery is FREE for orders over $80. For orders under $80, a delivery fee of $10.99 will apply.
